Centrally located, close to main routes, quiet area.

Lots of stairs to top rooms so not suited to elderly folk other wise superb.

Beautifully positioned. Beautiful garden. Clean and comfy room

Dogs, sweet shnauzers, bark a LOT - particularly early in the morning - woken up on both mornings by the barking. Neighbourhood dogs barking a LOT on one of the nights of the weekend - after 12pm for about 2 hours Traffic and hooting and racing of vehicles on night for about 3 hours. Room could do with a Nespresso machine. When I asked for coffee from the bean to cup machine in the kitchen, I was offered plunger coffee - the machine is only for the owners. Hospitable? No. Shower is temperamental with water temperature balance. Microwave didn't work on microwave option
