The location was on the seafront

The shower,toilet and sink were all in one very small room. I had to step out of the room into the bedroom to dry myself. I twisted my back in doing so and I'm not a large person. It was no more than a cupboard.

Lovely beachfront location Very central to all bars and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, good food, clean, and lovely to cross the road straight onto beach. Enjoyed a wonderful sunset.

While clean, the room was very dated with some need for repair. It was also very hot with no way to adjust the radiator. Open the window and it was very noisy from the kitchen extraction fan... and the roaring of motorbikes up and down the sea front.

Easter Sunday carvery lunch. Good choice of either 2 or 4 meats. Tasty veg well cooked, soft without being overdone. Deserts were excellent. Pleasant restaurant environment, there was an outdoor eating area but day was exceptionally windy so ate inside. Staff excellent, my wife has mobility issues and they could not have been any more helpful. Surprisingly the carvery was not advertised outside.
