"Good location, spacious room"

Conveniently located near car rental centre. Our flight from Tokyo was delayed by 2.5 hrs and was not able to pick up from New Chitose airport. Fortunately booked this hotel which is only one station away from airport. Managed to pick up the car early next morning easily. Checked in was easy with all check in particulars submitted beforehand. Staff was quick to response during check in.

離機場近，開車五分鐘可以到自助洗衣店，就在租車場隔壁，對面還有便利商店，回國前一晚最適合的住宿

櫃檯入住遇到的人員英文口音較重，溝通上比較費力

Appartamento gigante molto comodo vicino all'aeroporto. Tutto molto pulito, c'era a disposizione un'intera cucina, due camere da letto e lavatrice doccia e vasca. Molto silenzioso anche se affianco all'aeroporto

Il check in automatico è molto bello ma bisogna chiamare tramite videochiamata una persona che ti autorizzi ad entrare e ci abbiamo impiegato un po ma è fattibile. Il sistema che chiede tutti i dati per due volte si è azzerato e ho dovuto reinserire tutto
