"Uncomfortable beds!"

Location, nice to walk around.The staff was very friendly. The little store was really nice. Reasonable prices.

The bunk bed mattresses were hard as rocks. The hide a bed mattress was very uncomfortable as the springs were felt as soon as you laid down. The TV did not work at all. That was very disappointing!

The cabin was very cozy. It can accommodate a couple and two more people. Quiet place We didn't have bathroom/shower in our cabin but the closet bathroom was few meters away.

"Would’ve been nice have at least bedding!"

Well, the cabin that we got is not the cabin that was shown to us and that I booked on this website, when I booked it, it showed TV and at least bedding. when we got there, there was no bedding. They said we had to bring our own or they would provide it for $30 more and there’s no TV. 🫤

Our family made a stop before the Grand Canyon and Kingman KOA was definitely one of the top KOA we’ve stayed at. The cabin for family of 5 was comfortable and so clean! We had a late night arrival and the customer service staff at the front desk provided us with amazing hospitality. They answered all my questions and were very friendly and helpful. We will be back to Kingman KOA!
