Clean, modern rooms

Poor communication of staff, no hot water

Nice location. You can walk to old town less than 10minutes. Good breakfast. Nice staffs

I chose non smoking room with balcony but we could smell smoke right immediately when we entered the room. We were travelling with baby so it was very inconvenient for us. Need to close window all the time cuz our room was on the 1st floor. Smoke will get into the room if people smoke in the parking lot:(. We are excited for the rooftop pool but sadly it was closed :(. It will only be open in May. AC was centralised and they didn’t turn it on (said they still follow winter time; it was already end of April duh. It was scorching hot. Felt like in sauna

Imeli so tezavo z toplo vodo. So se opravicili.

There was an issue with water when we stayed, was cold through the night and into the next morning. Staff were apologetic and kept us informed.

Superb location. Nice views from balcony and rooftop

The cleaners didn't clean the room properly daily. Just made the beds but didn't even wipe down the table or change bins. Room was smaller than expected.

Locatie is prima

Personeel. Er was een (grote) dame bij de receptie, zo onvriendelijk en waarschijnlijk ook geen zin om te werken. Andere personeel was prima, maar zij kan beter ander werk gaan zoeken. Vandaar mijn zeer lage score…
