This was disappointing. There were bugs in the room. We asked for help with toilet and never got. Suspicious loitering persons around. There was noone at night reception. Every day the bedroom key stopped working. Frustrating and please note it's not a refundable property site.

The only positive thing I can say is that the caretaker with the dreadlocks was extremely kind and helpful to us

They cancelled my booking after I tried to speak emailing and calling multiple times about the fact I that I had family obligations so I had to check in a day late only to find that my booking was cancelled and it wasn't possible to book unless I paid a full weeks stay as if I was booking on the spot making me pay €200+ extra The staff member at check in also showed zero compassion and denied helping me when I asked. This place was by far my biggest stress on an already stressful first visit to the US.
