One of the best places I've ever stayed at! Was welcomed with such kindness and the most delicious lemon scones after booking hurriedly 30 mins before after a nightmare journey. Sarah gave me instructions to go run down by the lake to catch the evening sun and it felt like a weight was lifted... magical little route with beautiful views. The room itself was spotless, secure, comfortable and quiet. The BnB is located just up the hill from the town with gorgeous views of the nearby fells and there is ample parking on site. Breakfast in the morning was hearty and delicious, i particularly enjoyed the proper coffee and homemade jam. Thank you so much for hosting me and I will surely be back!!!

The room was comfortable and quiet. Walking distance from Keswick, perfect for a quiet getaway and well located to explore the lakes. Sarah also was accommodating and makes a really nice breakfast.

The house is around a miles walk from the centre of Keswick, great location. The room was lovely, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was amazeballs - overall great value for money.

The property at a very nice location and the owners are very kind and friendly people. The rooms are very clean and tidy and its very quiet overall. They also served a nice breakfast and some complementary freshly baked scones were left in the lobby when we arrived. Overall good value for money and would recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
