Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Katharina ist stets zur Stelle und ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Lage um überall mit dem Auto hinzufahren und man hat das Gefühl am Abend nach Hause zu kommen.

La habitacion era mas que suficiente para lo que necesitábamos, la ubicacion genial y el personal inmejorable. Super agradable y sin problemas. 100% recomendable

Appartement tres typique de Santorin, belles salles de bain, chambres spacieuses, extérieur agréable avec Jacuzzi, belle vue mer, petit déjeuner apporté chaque matin.

Pas tres pratique (cuisine au rez-de-chaussée et terrasse à l'étage), cuisine assez sombre, pas très agréable si besoin de manger à l'intérieur. Escalier assez dangereux si enfant.

## Terrible Service: Staff Extorted and Insulted Us Over €1 Our stay was completely ruined by the astonishingly unprofessional behavior of the staff, specifically a woman named Katrina. Due to a petty dispute where Katrina attempted to haggle us for an extra €1—despite the fact that we had already paid a premium for our stay—we actually ended up missing our bus. When I respectfully confronted her about being nickel-and-dimed, she dropped all hospitality and rudely snapped that next time, we should *"book a €20 room."* It gets worse. After I informed her that this experience would be reflected in a review, the hotel later refunded the €1 with a highly unprofessional, vindictive message. They claimed the refund *"wasn't about the money"* but that they *"wanted to teach us a lesson."* Their justification? They alleged we made the room "dirtier than other guests," citing a smell and diapers. To clarify: * We were traveling with a toddler. * The "diaper" incident they complained about was a single swim-diaper (just pool water) that was briefly misplaced. * The "smell" was simply the aroma of cooking standard Asian meals. To penalize a family, insult them, and claim you need to "teach a paying guest a lesson" because they are traveling with a toddler and cooking cultural food is beyond unacceptable. We left with nothing but bitter memories. If Katrina’s goal as a hospitality professional is to alienate families and power-trip over €1, she succeeded. Prospective guests—especially those with children—should stay far away from this place. They do not understand basic customer service.

Notre séjour a été absolument parfait, et honnêtement c’était encore mieux que sur les photos ! La décoration est magnifique, très cosy, élégante et surtout extrêmement confortable. On s’est sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Le service et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents, et l’appartement est incroyablement bien équipé : nous avons même trouvé un défroisseur, une enceinte Bluetooth, deux télévisions (une dans chaque chambre), et le wifi est parfait. La petite piscine/jacuzzi extérieure est un vrai plus, rien à redire. Akrotiri est un merveilleux petit village. Si vous visitez Santorin, je vous recommande vraiment de séjourner ici plutôt qu’à Fira ou Oia. C’est beaucoup plus calme et agréable. Vous avez un arrêt de bus à seulement 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre Fira facilement, mais la meilleure option reste de louer un véhicule. D’ailleurs, il y a une agence de location très sympa à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Le quartier est très pratique avec des restaurants, cafés, supermarchés, pharmacie… tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Je recommande cet hébergement les yeux fermés. Si je pouvais, j’aurais donné 20/10 !

Rien tout était parfait

J’ai beaucoup aimé le studio, très propre, cosy et bien équipé, très calme et reposant. Katerina ainsi que la femme de ménage étaient très gentilles et serviables.

Je n’ai pas beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement car je suis venue en bus même si l’arrêt est à quelques minutes, la montée jusqu’au studio est assez difficile quand on a des bagages et il n’y a pas beaucoup de commodités à côté mais Katerina a été très gentille elle nous a même déposé à l’arrêt de bus pour notre départ. Cependant si vous êtes en voiture c’est parfait.

Excellent place with a very comfortable room that we stayed in. Very comfy and clean room perfect for a couple. The staff was very polite and helpful and we got daily high quality room service as well as free breakfast every morning provided with an authentic basket which was pretty tasty.

Minimal complaints: no microwave and the floor aroind the shower gets wet very easily, so make sure to use provided towels around the floor to not slip.
