Bhupimarn Garden House

When we arrived, we saw no one other than the 'gardener' (he could be the owner for all I know). With some language difficulty we managed to show him our booking and he admitted us to our very nice room. No credit cards was a surprise but probably our fault for wrongly assuming. There were no other guests and during our stay, the only other people we saw was a second gardener and a lady who acknowledged me by the main lodge building. The setting is lovely. We had hired a car from Chiang Mai and it proved to be essential for finding places to eat. We were using Bhupimarn as a base for exploring Doi Intranon and it proved to be an excellent and conveient base. All in all a great experience and very different.

we should have been given bungalows at the far end of the property as there was an office seminar ongoing with evening of very loud karaoke. we were placed in 3 buggalows right close by the singing and music. we all experienced had extreme difficulties sleeping.

Very good environment. Green and quiet. Good hotel staff and facilities. Room was clean and had enough amenities. Good breakfast not fancy just good.

A communication would be better. I had a little trouble when try to communicated to the hotel before arrival.

It was a beautiful hotel. It is set on a little farm with beautiful flowers and a pond. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. There was a/c, but the wifi wasn't working. Breakfast is included. The only major issue is that when you put in Bhupimarn Garden House as a location in google maps, it takes you to the middle of Chiang Mai City, not Chom Thong. So, beware! Super sweet people that run the place, even if they don't speak English. The lady had to call her son, who speaks English. But, everything worked out wonderfully. You can tell that Pandemic has not been the kindest to the more rural tourist places in Thailand, but we are glad to be traveling again, and enjoy the wonderful hospitality.
