HAI DAO HOI AN VILLA

Good location, the room was fine, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, staff were okay, breakfast was okay, if you just want a bit of sustenance before you go out for the day.

Staff entered our room before check out, while all of our stuff was still inside, to fix the air conditioner. We had not said anything. We were going to check out in 20mins. Could you not have waited until we checked out? I don't think it is professional or okay to enter the guests room without their consent. Please keep that in mind going forward.

Amazing staff. Kind, friendly and helpful. Ha helped me and booked my next train and sent me ticket. She arranged car ride from Da Nang and to the train. She gave me good tips on where to go and recommended an awesome vegiterian restaurant. Other staff were kind and respectful too. The room is spacious and bright. Bed is comfortable and shower is good for tall people. Dark blinds help sleeping too.

The stairs to 4th floor was tiring.

Le personnel est adorable, le petit déjeuner incroyable, la chambre et la piscine. Rien à redire, nous avons adoré.

Tot ha estat de 10, i per això li dono una puntuació de 10/10. L’amabilitat i professionalitat de la Ha i de tot l’equip han estat excepcionals. Sempre atents, disposats a ajudar i amb molt bon nivell d’anglès. L’esmorzar és excel·lent, molt variat i inclòs en el preu. Les instal·lacions estan molt cuidades, amb una piscina molt agradable, habitacions impecablement netes i servei de neteja diari si el vols. També ofereixen bicicletes de lloguer a molt bon preu. La ubicació és molt bona, a uns 15 minuts del centre. A més, l’habitació era molt tranquil·la i no hi entrava llum al matí, cosa que permet descansar perfectament. Tornaria a allotjar-m’hi sense cap dubte i el recomano totalment

L'únic aspecte menys positiu és que l’habitació 101 no disposa de llum natural. Personalment no ens va molestar gens, però pot ser un inconvenient per a algunes persones.

La struttura è molto accogliente, Ha ci ha aiutato e fatto sentire i benvenuti dal momento del nostro arrivo. Tutte il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. La colazione è semplice ma deliziosa e la struttura si trova in una posizione ottima.
