Great House Motel

Not much.

Several ceramic tiles lifting, shifting up and down in bathroom near shower, shower knob so loose, made temperature and flow control adjustment difficult, bathroom sink hung off-level, bathroom faucets sprayed water (plugged screen likely needed cleaning and/or replacement), toilet seat so loose it wouldn't stay up when lifted, noisy air conditioner that did not blow cold, remote for TV needed to be paired apparently, so wasn't able to control volume other than manually at the TV. For the price charged, we've never stayed in a motel of such low quality featuring things in such disrepair and/or neglect.

The vigilance of owners/employees in making sure things were quiet and settled on the grounds and a clean parking lot with no fears of my car getting messed with.

No demanding room services, quiet, warm clean water, comfortable bed and desk space, nice ventilation and a decent TV with great quality and bathroom shelves and hooks

Not to much to complain but it could use some real Cleaning and it was almost to quiet

The room hadn't been cleaned: there was food left over from previous occupants and mold throughout. 2 lights did not work. TV controller wouldn't turn on TV or volume. No wash rags. Stains on sheets. No stir sticks.

Not like the pictures. We left immediately after seeing the property.

Run down, not a normal hotel. Someone kept calling us to ask when we were going to arrive. When we did arrive during the day the office was closed. I had to call a number then someone did arrive.

It was horrible

Everything was dirty

Nice clean room with kitchen at a very good price.

A breakfast would have been nice but I did not expect one at this price
