The room was beautiful with art and a cozy seating area on the balcony. The breakfast had made to order omlettes and noodles as well as a small buffet. The coffee was not the best, but the fresh fruit made up for it. Also, the location was perfect and so walkable. I can't forget to mention the wonderful staff that got my son a small cake and decorated our room since we arrived on my son's birthday. So thoughtful!

One night during the stay the electricity went out in our room. Also, the tv never worked.

This was one of very few accommodations we had in Vietnam that wasn't outdated and really matched the photos. Lovely staff, nice room, comfy bed, good bathroom, short walk to the lantern river.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed in the morning by a power outage, which meant no hot water, people climbing onto our balcony, and an improvised candle-lit breakfast (which was actually quite nice).

The team where lovely. Buffet breakfast was to die for. Lift was an awesome bonus. Beautiful big room. Great experience, just looking at booking again for December. Highly recommended
