SPY CAMERAS IN THE ROOM. The staff are rude and want to charge you extra for every little thing. Want a towel, 300. Move a chair, 5000, talk to loud, 2000, check in early, 3000. They have pages and pages of rules and tell you to click next without reading them all. Total money grab and not worth it. Do not stay here you have been warned. Beds are ultra hard and a concrete slab would be better. Pillows are terrible. Mould on the walls

房間很大安靜，有洗衣機但沒有烘衣的功能。4人住 非常舒適，插頭很多。

親子3代で2泊お世話になりました。 部屋のソファからバネが飛び出ており座れず、クレームしました。 翌日、違うお部屋をご用意していただきました。

出来れば、日ごろからお部屋の中のご確認をお願い致します。 2泊の家族旅行。みんな楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。

Spacious . Good eating table . Good shower, washing machine and drying facilities.

Could not leave luggage with front desk when we arrived 1.5 hours earlier than the 3pm checkin time. We had to pay 3000yen cash to have early checkin in order to manage the luggage. The room was already cleaned and ready for checkin at 1.30pm. I have never experienced inability to have free luggage storage prior to checkin time. Also had policies that stated if room furniture was moved or you left suitcases behind, you paid 5000 yen.
