Lovely quiet location. Great room with a view of the garden. Staff welcoming and chatty. Breakfast plentiful. Easy access to local eateries Perfect for a stay pre Southampton cruise

"Fabulous in every way"

Stunning location and hosts were friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. We didn't want to leave.

The location was perfect fot theTest valley in Hampshire. Quiet peaceful excellent accomodation with grest choice for breakfast. Ideal for couples and visiting this area.Parking at House.

No non slip matbin shower.

Helen made me very welcome and their home was extremely clean, tidy, well furnished and comfortable.

I couldn't name a single thing. I did have the benefit of being the only guest staying.
