The property had great facilities and the staff were great especially fernanda

Good location in a nice area, close to some nice food places, cool building, and no noise heard at night from the party on the roof terrace.

Staff were so-so. Some weren’t that friendly in general. The woman who checked me in asked in exasperation why I was taking the lift to the second floor (I was carrying two *very* heavy backpacks and was tired from travel…?? She also didn’t offer to help with these, which was a new experience for me). Most annoying of all was that she didn’t let me know that there was a kitchen at the property, so I essentially wasted money on eating out completely necessarily - I only found out about the kitchen and all the amenities on the roof terrace after my own exploration. Annoying.

Das Hostel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen Ort zu feiern (Rooftop) mit Whirlpools und guter Stimmung. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und sprachlich begabt.

Die Zimmerfenster sind nicht sehr Schalldicht. Mein Zimmmer war neben dem Kanal und es war etwas laut nachts.

Todo, desde el hospedaje hasta los tour, y los compañeros que se hacen en está experiencia.

Que me haya golpeado en la grifería, pero personal de la hostal me ayudó con eso...

Le restaurant sur place. Le rooftop. J'étais au deuxième étage et ce n'était pas bruyant du tout malgré les nombreuses fêtes sur le rooftop.

Really enjoyed this hostel nice social vibe but not too crazy. Great location and lots of activities The bus to guatape was a good selling point

Rooms were a bit small but obviously can't be helped a little pricey
