It’s in a great area. The rooftop is good and that there is always something going on to get in contact with other people.

The rooms are bare minimum. Always black hair everywhere. It seems like the floor is dirty. There is only a soap dispenser in the bathroom and even that soap is somewhat bad. Toilet paper dispenser is a nightmare straight from hell. I’m not sure why would you do that in a private place The personal always look bored and give you the feeling that you are bothering them when you just have a question

This is my second stay in Viajero Medellin and from what I experienced I will keep coming back. The hostel it's amazing and what made it more special is the service. The reception team Fernanda, Douglas and Kelvin always provide excellent service. I also have to mention the team from the restaurant Daniel, Gabriel and Carolina that are very friendly and helped me a lot making sure I was well fed and taken care of. Special mention to Julieta from reception who helped me with my reservation for Guatape.

Die Lage war super zentral.

Mein Bettlaken hatte Blutflecken, die aber sofort ausgetauscht wurde und mir wurde angeboten das Bett auch neu zu beziehen. Mein Handtuch wurde von anderen Zimmergenossen genutzt und meine Cola wurde aus dem Kühlschrank geklaut. Da kann das Hostel natürlich nichts für, aber spricht für die Leute die dort unterkommen.

My stay at Viajero Medellín was truly amazing. The location is fantastic, and the staff exemplified excellence. The rooftop area and engaging activities offered delightful surprises. Daniel, Gabriel, and Carolina radiated positivity at the restaurant, always going above and beyond to provide remarkable service. Even as I worked, they made sure I had food and drinks nearby, ready to cater to my needs with genuine smiles. The reception team, Kelvin, Douglas, and Fernanda, embodied friendliness and helpfulness. This is the ideal place for those who seek a vibrant experience in the heart of the city.
