"customer service need to be much improved"

hot water is not warm enough, miss clearn room sign, and had not distribute enough towels and bathroom tissue paper, and room is cold at night.

Tagterrassen med et lille køkken var et dejligt sted. Beliggenhed i et roligt kvarter med flere restaurenter

Ville gerne have tømt skraldespand på badeværelset hver dag. Fin det gjort en dag da jeg bad om det. Fik også rene håndklæder da jeg bad om det. Så det skal man bare huske hvis man bor flere dage

La ubicación! Estuve céntrica sobre reform entonces es posible moverse entre otros espacios. También muy amables con el transporte del hotel. También, estuvo muy cómoda la noche en el espacio.

Great location! Close to restaurants, and convenience stores.

Room was right by the front entrance/lobby so you could hear everyone's conversation. Bathroom was quite small.

La ubicación y las instalaciones.

Qué la ducha no funciona bien y varias veces nos tocó bañarnos con agua fría. A la atención le hace falta. Nunca recibimos mucha orientación de qué cosas podíamos usar de la cocina y demás. A pesar de que mencioné la Falla de la ducha, no hubo tanto interés en ayudarnos a solucionarlo.
