Al llegar no me dijeron que había hora para ingresar, NI CLAVE para la colocar en la puerta de acceso y está bien que haya un horario y una clave. Lo que no está bien es que no la digan, POR MERA ATENCIÓN. Esa única noche llegué después de las 12:00 de la medianoche, la puerta estaba cerrada, toqué, toqué y NADIE me abrió. No hay un timbre ni nada que te permita comunicarte con nadie que esté ahí. Ok. Marqué a uno de los 2 teléfonos que aparecían en los correos enviados en la confirmación de la reserva y afortunadamente me respondieron y me dieron la clave para poder entrar. FUE MOLESTO. Casi no traía batería en el celular. Si no hubiera tenido batería, hubiera tenido que ir a buscar un lugar CAMINANDO A MEDIANOCHE COMO MUJER. =( NO FUI LA ÚNICA. Esa misma y única noche en que estuve hospedada ahí llegó una persona después de la 1 am, que literal, casi TUMBABA LA PUERTA de tan fuerte que tocaba desesperado. Fueron unos 5 -7 minutos en los que seguramente a esta persona se le hizo eterno. No hay nadie quien abra en estos casos extraordinarios. Tuve que bajar con todo y pijama a ver quién tocaba y ahí decidir abrir o no. SIEMPRE ESTUVO EN MI MENTE QUE QUÉ PASARÍA SI FUERA UNA CHICA QUIEN ESTABA A MEDIANOCHE SOLA EN LA CALLE, SIN TENER DONDE DORMIR. Me acerqué, se encendió una luz (son sensor, supongo) y me dijo: "estoy hospedado aquí, en la habitación tal, te doy mi ID", misma que pasó por debajo de la puerta. Me dio confianza y le abrí la puerta, bajo mi propio riesgo. Fue un chico con acento de Argentina. Agradecido pasó y me subí a mi habitación. La experiencia NO FUE NADA AGRADABLE, no sólo para mí, sino para esta persona seguramente. Gracias por leer y si puedo ayudar a algún futuro huésped, está bien, así como al mismo establecimiento.

Noisy. When other people arrived in the night I heard everything. And when music was on in the reception area or other common spaces it was very loud. It was also very cold in my room.

Almost everything about this stay was unacceptable. I booked this for my mother and grandmother (83 years old) expecting an ok experience. From the very first day, issues started. The staff said towels would be changed daily, but instead of replacing them, they just hung the used ones back up. When asked for clean towels, they claimed there was no laundry service some days, and only after insisting did they finally provide new ones. A few days later, the toilet got clogged, and when the staff came to fix it, the water overflowed, flooding the bathroom and part of the room with dirty water. My family had to leave everything on the floor as instructed, but when they returned later in the afternoon, the room was still dirty. The cleaning staff had already left for the day, and it took more complaints before someone reluctantly came to clean. Even then, they were only given one towel “to share". The same issue happened again just two days later, flooding everything once more. My grandmother was alone in the room for hours without help, from 9 a.m. to almost 3 p.m., completely ignored by the staff. When my mother returned and asked for assistance, they told her they would “clean it later.” As if that weren’t enough, I had arranged to extend the reservation, and the staff verbally confirmed it twice. Then suddenly, they said the room was no longer available and made rude, mocking comments, like “the only available room is in Mérida or Cancún.” They laughed at my mother while saying this, an absolutely humiliating experience. The staff’s behavior, especially from Óscar Castro and Montserrat Granados, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. My mother and grandmother ended up leaving the hotel before the end of their stay, having to book another place last-minute at a higher price, simply to avoid staying one more night in such poor conditions. This was not only a terrible experience but also a health and safety concern, and a complete lack of empathy.

La actitud del personal, muy amable. Te explican todo muy detalladamente, la verdad excelente servicio. La ubicación es buenísima, la verdad super accesible para ir a lugares céntricos
