"Atendeu as minhas expectativas."

Ótima localização; Atendimento excelente, principalmente na recepção e café da manha; Quarto confortável (cama e travesseiros); Enxoval bom; Chuveiro bom; Café da manhã bom, com produtos de qualidade e variedade suficiente para a categoria do hotel.

No café da manhã, com falha na reposição das guarnições; porta de correr no banheiro estava com problemas e a porta não tem trava, o que diminui a privacidade; Em 2 dias de estada, o cartão de acesso da porta do quarto desmagnetizou, o que fez ter contratempos para descer à recepção para a reativação; produtos do frigobar com preço um tanto quanto elevado; Na limpeza do quarto, os copos de vidro usados durante a noite não foram trocados; Não havia tapete de banheiro, havia apenas 2 toalhas de rosto e 2 toalhas de banho. Observação para o Depto. de cobrança: consumi, durante minha estada, 2 águas e 1 refrigerante, porém, no meu check-out, não estavam lançadas na minha conta; Portanto, tive que informar ao recepcionista para fazer o lançamento.
