A lovely place to stay.. Would visit again

it was just unfortunate that there was stag party and football match on the evening I was there

Everything. From the staff to the food to the accommodation. I can't fault them

Super chalet like accommodation behind pub. Spacious and nice modern decor. Large bathroom with powerful shower. Meals in the pub both from the menu and carvery were very tasty, as was the full English breakfast. Pub had rotating cask ales to ensure beer quality. No parking at venue but plenty of space in the square opposite. Lovely location in the Devonshire hills. Would stay here again if in the area.

Continental side of breakfast was disappointing. Would be good to add some natural yoghurt and fresh fruit options.

Comfortable clean accommodation with beautiful scenery based on the edge of Exmoor in a small quiet village. Serves good food.

The 25% incline to climb to reach the pub. Not a location for the unfit or elderly.

Everything! Staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, beautiful place and delicious food!!

Going home!!

We had a lovely stay, the whole venue is wheelchair accessible, although on steep hill, and very dog friendly.

Plant based food options are limited, but manageable.
