Areeiro Urban Rooms

It's very close to the metro and has really good connection to the rest of the city. Calm neighborhood with good food. We met the owner, Hugo briefly and he was pleasant, as were other people who were staying at the apartment.

Rooms are really small what you don't see from the pictures but that's ok, not too small.

Having read reviews regarding safety of outer door and cleanliness, I was uncertain going into Abade Rooms. However the location blew me away with it's location, it's facilities, and the general perfect vibe of the place. The room was sizable and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, clean, and we were lucky to have fantastic fellow house guests. The accommodation comes with everything you would need in the kitchen including a washing machine.the veranda and garden were fantastic and a perfect way to relax away from the buzz of the city. The property is right next to an amazing park with a water foundation, and a metro station right there. We also met the Landlord Hugo, who was lovely and professional. Overall, unbelievable value for the money and would happily go back!

The room got very warm at times, but that more to do with me being a cold weather person! 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I didn't like at all. I couldn't sleep well due to construction going on same flat. The heavy noise was so annoying. My room wall was shaking during to equipment used by construter. 7 am in the morning is so terrible noise. You should not rent room when you have construction going on. 😭😭😭very bad

Kitchen was good with good equipments

Too much noise in the morning from the construction work under the flat since 8am so couldn't sleep at all, Rooms are very cold and there is no heating

Location was perfect! Rooms were cozy and staff were really helpful and friendly
