"Very Enjoyable & very central"

Excellent location, easy for centre of the city, airport & restaurants. Very pretty roof terrace / bar. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Breakfast the service & choice was very good but the food - poached eggs arrived cold, as was the toast, which was disappointing.

Excelente todo. Lo mejor al lado de la Catedral tan hermosa y nos tocó ver la procesión preciosa del domingo de Ramos desde el balcón de nuestro cuarto. No recomiendo ir a Cádiz, lo hicimos ida y vuelta pero es un pueblo muy pequeño sin mayor chiste, lo único que merece la pena sería la Catedral y ya. Tiene más encanto Jérez.

Por decir algo, me hubiera gustado que el desayuno fuera bufet. Pero sólo eso, todo excelente.

"Mixed Stay with Great Location and Breakfast, but Several Disappointments"

Location was great Breakfast service and food were superb

The lift system was strange The pool water was freezing Not enough bed chairs at the pool Got a disable room great for disabled people not necessary for all Room with no views besides a wall Very small fridge in the room Got advised by receptionist opening times for flamenco show was 7pm just to find out when arrived that it was not the case and it wasn’t open!

"Slice of heaven within heaven"

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location (particularly for Semana Santa) sandwiched between the cathedral and the bodega. Rooms are lovely, beds super comfortable, breakfast is delicious, service is top notch and the rooftop pool and bar are beautiful. We had the junior suite, which also had a lovely private terrace. Highly recommend if you are visiting Jerez (which I highly recommend you do….what a gorgeous place😎)!
