From the landlord's side everything was well organized. The apartment has everything you need. I really liked the electronic keys. The location is very good with a sea view.

Molto bella la zona dove si trova, l’appartamento è in uno stabile residenziale molto bello e tranquillo. Il condominio gentile e cordiale.

La struttura ha i suoi anni ma è tenuta bene.

Perfect location, easy access, comfortable beds, close to public transport and restaurants

Not enough towels for a week stay, dishes were a bit dirty, also the kitchen was missing some essentials like sugar, salt or dish soap

Big comfortable apartment

Aparmant is really excellent, the living room and the terrace with view to the Sea unbelieveable, just standing on the terrace and watching the sunrise is a memory forever. It was very clean, the beds are comfortable, the only negative feeling is the small shower - but we could manage it. Application is used to open the doors, wifi is very good, kitchen is fully equipped. The area is very nice and quiet, we could park inside of the property, however also the streets looked safe with many parking places.

Apartment was clean and had everything one needs. Furnishing was a bit "lame" and not very "cozy" but the cleanliness was outstanding. The area itself was quiet and calm. A bit far from Alicante center but easy to access with bus or tram. Parking was free and behind a gated and safe area just as the apartment was.

I would put a bit more emphasis on the decor to make it more cozy.

Location close to the beach

There was no sụn at all in the balcony. It was cold in the apartment.
