Africamps at White Elephant Safaris

The setti g was amazing. Such a beautiful place. The accommodation was great an so beautiful. Every thing you need is there. Go shopping at Pongola Pick n pay. Good shop with everything you need. Unfortunately we could not do a boat or game drive due to the weather. By the way we saw the leopard on our way out a out 2km from the gate. 😃

Okay so here is a few things. 1. The fridges are really pathetic 😒 I would suggest remove the fire place and put a bigger fridge/ freezer. Or just put it in the one corner by the searing area. 2. As I am from KZN I understand the monkeys however. They have learned to open the outside fridge even with the latch. That is also such a weird place to put a fridge as the elements would destroy them really quickly hence the suggestion of one larger fridge inside. 3. Please let guests know to bring with a lock as the fridge is outside. Or better yet just give them one on check in. To be returned at checkout. But they are so cheap as you don't need a fancy one. 4. Water pressure sucks. . 🚿 5. Invest in some decent size bath towels. Hand towels are not towels. Okay so the list is longish but overall you guys do a fantastic jobs.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits exceptionnelles à Africamps. Le braaii est un vrai plus. Le cadre est magnifique et les activités proposées top. Nous avons pu profiter d'un safari en voiture et d'un safari bateau. Le personnel est top également. Nous avons pu voir les éléphants les zèbres les rhinocéros les buffles les hippos les crocodiles.... Je recommande l'expérience !

The breakfast delivered to your room was exceptional

The steak delivered for dinner was not up to standard and was thin & rather tough. Steak for a barbecue needs to be thick.

An awesome experience and great setup. Loved the close wildlife experience with the Kudu's around the unit. Hot tube was great.

Nothing to add here, just a great accommodation and experience.

This was an amazing experience with the kids. You felt like you were sleeping in the bush with the animals. The unit was really clean and well designed. The staff were really friendly thank you Nala. Loved the hot tub. In the afternoons the animals would surround the tub while you were in it (mostly warthogs and antelopes).

The food bakets, for me, were not a good value for money. We’re expecting a bit more. Maybe something freshly baked. But really enjoyed the convenience of not having to bring a lot of food with. This is not really a negative. But just to note there is no privacy in the unit. The kids can look into every room (except the bathroom) from their bunk bed. But this really is part of camping.
