"Cozy and very clean room"

Lovely room, right in the center of Frascati. Clean, comfortable and warm bed. The bathroom was kind of small but ok for one person.

The lack of an elevator when you carry a suitcase is a challenge. Also the breakfast was poor (just coffee and a croissant).

"Perfect for a weekend getaway."

Top floor was great (no upstairs noise). Also has a roof top terrace. Room was spacious (we had 2 suitcases + a big snowboarding bag and we still had plenty of room to move around). Exceptionally clean, bathroom is modern. In the heart of the town so very close to everything. Exceptional value.

Towels are very thin and flimsy.
