The location is excellent, right in the center of Frascati and close to the train station. The host is very kind and attentive, always doing her best to accommodate requests. The room was cleaned daily, and the terrace is a wonderful added bonus.

Great location.! This is a small B&B with separate rooms with private bathrooms. It is on the fifth floor with no elevator so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Each of the rooms has its own air-conditioning. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

"You climb alot of stairs but nice for price."

Good price in middle of town

The bed was ok on one side but very uncomfortable on the other side. Since there is only one in my party it didn't matter

Maddalena e suo marito ci hanno ospitato nel migliore dei modi. Dopo un serio problema con l’auto che ha significato per me e il mio compagno restare senza un mezzo di trasporto, si sono resi disponibili per aiutarci a trovare una soluzione, e venendoci a recuperare in auto. Sono stati degli oste gentili e di cuore, ben oltre i loro compiti. La stanza è molto carina, in una posizione centralissima che ci ha permesso di muoverci anche a piedi, pulita e fornita dei comfort fondamentali. Buona la colazione nel bar convenzionato. Ritorneremmo sicuramente!

"Fantastisch lokatie midden in het centrum"

De B&B ligt midden in het centrum van Frascati. Op loopafstand (2 min) liggen verschillende goede restaurants, zoals Noah en Hostaria Santa Maria. Het typische Italiaans ontbijt (koffie met croissant) was in een cafetaria vlakbij. Hier komen ook de locals voor hun koffie. Echt superleuk. De B&B ligt op de bovenste etage. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte. De slaapkamer en badkamer waren ruim en goed ingericht, inclusief koelkastje. Vanuit de B&B kun je naar het dakterras, vanwaar je een mooi uitzicht hebt over Frascati. Tijdens het verblijf heb ik niemand gezien, ook geen andere gasten. Alle communicatie verliep via whatsapp. Alles was prima geregeld.

De B&B ligt op de 4e etage en er is geen lift. Met koffers kan dat onhandig zijn. Zelf had ik er geen probleem mee.
