How big the room was

Lots of room, bed was comfortable. Nice grassy area in back overlooking the river where I could play with my dog off leash. The one person who finally checked us in was friendly.

Room was NOT as advertised. Instead of mountain and river views, which I thought I had paid for with the additional expense, the view was of a hot, treeless parking lot. There was no living room/area which was advertised. The kitchen was outfitted dismally and inadequately. Full stove but not one single baking or cooking dish to use it with. Restaurant not available on property. Everything was locked up when we arrived during the check in period with no doorbell or indication of what to do. Finally found a number to call. Fortunately with my phone plan it was not long distance.

The beds were clean and comfortable

The blow dryer in our room looked like it hadn't been dusted in a few months. When we arrived the room had a strong cigarette smell. They were quick to put in the nil oder spray but that took a few hours to dissipate.

Its an older motel, our room was equipped with a full kitchen and it was clean. Staff were nice and we stayed the night.

The owner and all of the staff are absolutely amazing! Young is so kind and the accommodations were wonderful. The units are basically as big as a two-bedroom apartment. All of them have full kitchens and if you get a unit with two queen beds, the two beds are separated by a wall partition which is really nice :-) they also allow dogs! I had to stay here because of work and I would definitely go back and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you Young and staff for being so welcoming! See you soon!
