시설이든 청결함이든 맘에들었지만 하나,제일불편하고 최악이였던점이 있습니다. 서비스가 최악.체크인시간을따로 제한을두어서 하는게 너무어이없었습니다.호텔 국내외 수십군데 가봤던중에 체크인시간제한둔곳은 첨이네요ㅡㅡ 근무자가없었던것도아니고 있는데도 30분전부터만 체크인을받으니 일찍온분 부터 다같이 우르르 마냥 기다리고있는데 직원들은 그냥 모니터앞에 서있고 . 대체 그러는이유가뭐죠? 기다리게하면 의미가있나요? 오신분부터 차례대로 해주셔야지 나중에온분은 미리줄서서 그분부터 체크인하게되는방식도 젤어이없었네요 룸에는 3시부터들어갈수있어도 체크인절차는해주셔야 볼일이라도보고오죠!! 관광은 시간이 금인데 괜히일찍갔다가 한시간을 아이랑 기다렸습니다. 정말 다시생각해도 최악입니다

이번이 세번째 방문인데 위생 상태가 너무 안좋았어요. 죽은 발레가 우글우글.. 현관문 스토퍼는 없고, 욕실 샤워부스 문아래로 물이 넘쳐서 샤워 후 닦아내야하는 불편함까지.
