Property was not set up and ready for guests (i.e. no power, no internet connections, no hot water n water leaks from the fridge).

El apto no esta preparado para ser rentado. Estaba sucio. Estan haciendo renovaciones en el edificio, exactamente en el balcón del apartamento y empiezan a hacer ruido a las 7 am Ademas que nos dejaron sin energia electrica y agua

1) The balcony-that was the main reason for choosing your apartment- is full of scaffolding and residuals building materials (sand, gravels etc) except a small area for the table 2) All over the building facades are covered from scaffolding so there is no way for someone to see the roads down. Εasy approach for potential thieves 3) The windows shutters -because of scaffolding- can't be opened so the rooms all day are in the dark without sunlight. 4) The gas burner is located in the kitchen area and every 10 seconds starts and stops as a result a continuous intermittent repeating noise. 5) The most important, everyweekday from 8:00 (a.m) to 5:00 (p.m), building construction works on facades with excessive noise and potential safety risks for us. The works do impact the interior of the building because of noise, dust, and necessarily closed windows. I could never imagine that you could rent apartments with simultaneous building works to take place.
