Disponibilidad de baño completo, toallas, y sobre todo, alimentos a disposicion de los clientes.

El estado de algunos materiales muy deteriorados, que apenas cuesta dinero sustituirlo (bidet, puerta, cajones...)

Ubicacion

Mala ventilacion en las habitaciones, solo dos baños para todos los huéspedes, necesita una reforma

Buena ubicación, limpieza correcta. La habitación estaba bien pero algo pequeña, por el precio podría volver.

Las puertas suenan bastante, lo que resulta algo molesto, pero la gente es bastante educada y respetuosa.

Close to the city center and the airport

Water falling from the ceiling in the bathroom after rainy days, room was cold and with broken curtains, a woman from the staff is a bit melodramatic

very friendly and welcoming receptionists , matt was very helpful at showing me round on arrival. had all the facilities i needed and enjoyed the terrace space

I liked the bed, it was very comfortable and I slept really well. I stayed in the whole afternoon as there was heavy rain and wind that day. I like the rooftop and the volunteering staff were really nice. It was practical for one night before taking a flight from the north airport the following day. It was easy and all managed by the app, self check in, etc.

The kitchen needs a good clean. It was greasy and old. Even the table cloth was very dirty. The bathrooms as well need an update.
