Grenerator important to lure more visits

The room we were in was just next to the main house and we could overhear the people of the main house talking and arguing.

Room are nice and clean. Close to all amenities. Reception was good.

The response when I woke up on Sunday morning and there was no water in my room. The old guy was not very considerate he was rude he did not make any effort to assist. I even asked for water in a small bucket so I can just wipe my face and go to a meeting he could not assist he told me it was not his fault that there is no water. The old lady telling me I should have showered the previous night made it even worse. She did not even warn us about their loadshedding schedule and for her to expect ladies to shower the previous night and not touch water in the morning was just low. The worse part is that we were told on our way out that other rooms had water it was only our room without water and I wondered why could they get water for us from the other rooms? Or maybe its because were black and the other visitors were white we did not matter to them?
