Casa Ritual

We enjoyed our one week stay at this Casa. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room and common areas were very clean. The pool and dining area was quiet, with soft pleasant background music. The only downside was the towels and linens were worn. New towels would be an improvement.

A lovely place to stay! Even though i got there well before the check in time, i was allowed to enjoy the facilities until i checked in. Great restaurant too! Thank you so much for a great stay!

This hotel is a place for those who do not mind having absolutely no place at all for any of your things including a toothbrush. You must completely live out of your suitcase on the floor. Also has no hot water.

Recepción mediocre y cero amenidades. No había jabón en el baño. Bajé y pedí crema ó loción corporal y me la negaron. Cuarto muy ruidoso y cortinas no cubren la luz de afuera. Foco del ventilador fundido y apagadores en lugar incomodo. La cebolla de la regadera sin mantenimiento llena de sarro y disparando para todos lados. Sin toalla para el piso. Servicio de televisión inexistente.

We loved our stay here! Nice and close to the airport. Only drawback was that it was far away from central PV so it was a lot of bussing/ubering. But as far as the property goes, 10/10! People weren't kidding in the reviews when they said that the food is amazing too!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Casa Ritual is a hidden gem! The location is super convenient considering it is only a 5 minute drive from the airport. The hotel staff is very attentive, kind, and resourceful. Prior to our checkin, they checked in with me via Whats App and provided me with all necessary information which I found super helpful. Our room was perfect, had all the essentials and was very quiet/comfortable. Each time we left our room, the maid service came and cleaned up the room very quickly and left the room spotless. There is no room service however they have a restaurant & bar opened every day with a great menu with different varieties of food. There are not too many amenities however the pool with the lounge chairs in the middle of the hotel was more than enough for us to enjoy our stay and relax. Overall, I would 100% stay again.

This is a lovely smaller hotel. It feels like a Mexican hacienda. The front desk lady was very pleasant and we are going to have breakfast here this morning

We loved our stay here!the hotel was beautiful and quiet, in a pretty neighborhood, very comfortable and inviting. A lovely place to spend d the day reading and relaxing poolside. Service was the strongest, with room service and fresh towels every day, helpful staff, and onsite restaurant/bar and spa. We had the smallest room which was thoughtfully put together and appealing, but no fresh ventilation unless the large doors were left open, which we did every day. The bar closes early and it’s a cab ride to everything except the marina and airport. For this price point, though, that worked for us!
