La ubicación

No salía agua caliente, olía a curry, no estaban nunca en recepción, tuvimos que dejar la llave ahí encima.. no pudimos preguntar si podíamos dejar las maletas hasta que saliese el tren..

Location and nothing else at all.

1.The attitude of the lady at the reception. 2. Received repeated threatening reminders to send the arrival time. Those were repeated even after the arrival time was specified. 3.Not a word of English could be spoken as the lady wouldn't even understand what a hello meant unless you translated it to hola! 4.Full payment was taken minutes after the booking even if 50% was due at the check-in. Extremely selfish and greedy management. 5.The room was just rubbish for the price paid. If you are not Spanish, avoid this hotel at all costs. This is not for foreigners.
