Pensión Carrera

My stay at Pension Carrera was very pleasant. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. What stood out the most was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff, whose hospitality made the experience especially enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the room was tidy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It is an excellent choice for spending several days in Madrid while feeling comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of.

The main drawback was the poor sound insulation in the room. Noise from neighboring rooms could often be heard very clearly, which occasionally made sleeping more difficult.

Its location is very very good. You can reach everything easyly. Otherwise it is a very simple, clean and cheap accommodation.

I got what I need and expected.

Una "habitación" que no sale en las imágenes que vi cuando reservé. Un cuartillo minúsculo y sin ventana, de lo que me enteré cuando llegué... Para pasar una noche..., y por lo precios que hay por Madrid...

No me gustó el trato de la recepcionista, en el baño no había papel y la tele es muy antigua.

This is not a hotel, it’s a disaster. The noise is overwhelming from every direction. You constantly hear people talking and using their phones at the hotel reception as if it’s right next to you. There are no windows or ventilation. Everything is in the worst possible condition. I can’t believe I paid 140 euros for this!
