Absolutely love how beautiful the property was how quiet it was it needs to be turned into a retreat rather than a bed and breakfast

This property is Amazing! It is Beautiful! My husband and I always return during Our Anniversary!! It's Always So Peaceful. I Love the indoor pool & hot tub.

The beds are hard as rocks but the pillows were awesomely overstuffed, not thin as a sheet like other B&Bs we’ve been to. The booklet can was a bit confusing, it says $50 to pop the popcorn for example. The bathroom was amazing and accommodated all of our needs, one being a small chair for the shower I forgot to bring or ask for. The receptionist, we’re assuming she’s the owner, was very nice and respectful and the property looks amazing for so many various events inside and out.

Pros- breakfast was very good. The hot tub and pool were very clean and hot. Nice thick towels. Beds were comfortable. The Limo service was very nice and fun. Enjoyed the robes and slippers. The family room was spacious. The pool was as warm as the hot tub....adults loved it but kids thought it was too hot. The pool area is definitely the best part of the property. The entrance is beautiful with a very cool walkway. Cons- very strong dirty fishtank odor....so strong we could not use the pool table area our first night, the smell was not noticeable the next day though. Gross stains on the white couch and chairs in the pool table area as well as our room We had mouse baits in our room. We also had to go around and plug everything in like lamps, tv, refrigerator,...kinda weird. Pool was almost too hot... We could not use our porch because there was a broken down hot tub that had been placed on most of it....maybe a blessing in disguise because the view was atrocious....another broken down hot tub tossed to the side in plain sight. Very ugly and non usable porch area. Our glass sliding door would not close all the way...so no lock...unsettling, not safe. There were six of us, all female and we did have a good time. We enjoyed the breakfasts, the pool, hot tub, limo ride, the robes, the slippers, the spacious room. The teens like the pool table. Improvements could be made in cleanliness, odors, and basic up keep. I would not stay here again for the price that was paid.

The views and atmosphere were astonishing. Pulling up, you're automatically drawn in and fascinated with the building, fountains, driveway, etc. Then there's the entry way that just blows your mind and transports you to a palace. The owner is extremely sweet. It is far enough away for seclusion and privacy, while still close enough to provide plenty of shopping and dining options. The room and the interior or the place is wonderful. You will not be disappointed. We have already decided we're coming back next year!

Absolutely beautiful!

The owner goes out of her way to make you feel welcome!!! We had a lovely breakfast every morning of our stay and were treated like royalty. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the balconies are an awesome touch!! Highly recommend this need and breakfast and will stay here again our next time in OKC!!! The pool and hot tub are clean and well cared for!!

Love this property and the countless amenities! A must stay! Especially close to Oklahoma Christian University, only 5-6 minutes! We loved that and will definitely be back!
