We enjoyed our stay at this lush property on Bacalar Lagoon. The individual “cabins” and plantings were well maintained, and felt private and unique. The staff was friendly. We walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

Es un hotel que le falta mantenimiento y mucha atención a los clientes! En lo personal, nos fuimos muy desanimados de esa estancia, ya que esperábamos mucho y no lo conseguimos!

"Lovely stay on the lagoon."

Lovely being on the lagoon and free kayaks and paddle boarding. Room was comfortable also.

Breakfast included very basic. Room was a bit tight but as previously said was comfortable.

It was colorful love the plants

Sheets were old and my kids and I couldn’t sleep because we saw 2 lizards inside the cabin.. and other mosquitos .. Life jackets were old and ripped .. We left at 4 o’clock in the morning and couldn’t sleep on a night before because there was a lot of music on up to two in the morning. Love the view but will not come back here

Es la opción a elegir si buscas relajarte y tener todo accesible, esta en una zona de la laguna perfecta para nadar y al tener los kayak y paddel board puedes distraerte un buen rato, tienen restaurante y barra los cuales no estan en servicio los lunes. La ropa de cama de buena calidad y habitación limpia con colchon comodo. Lo que sí se debe considerar es que no hay tiendas cercas o lugares para ir a comer (solo 1 lugar a 500mts) ya que esta alejado del centro qie es donde esta todo, restaurantes, parque, balneareo etc perfecta para nadar y cerca de in cenote
