Zentrale Lage! Geräumige Zimmer! Genügend Parkplätze! Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut!

Mussten sofort bezahlen( so etwas kennen wir nicht). Leider war der Kühlschrank kaputt. Personal war leider nicht sehr motiviert. Weder im Restaurant noch beim Frühstück. Teilweise sogar unfreundlich mit Worten „ sehen sie nicht das ich telefoniere „,

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel, einschließlich Garten und Terrassen waren sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude war von der Ausstattung her sehr gut, schön geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bot alles was das Herz begehrte. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden!

Nichts auszusetzen!!! Leider nur 1 Nacht , die Zeit war zu kurz .

MINI BAR WAS DISCONNECTED YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING DRINK FROM OUTSIDE YOU MUST BUY FROM MAIN BAR - THIS IS UNFAIR BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT MENTIONNED ON SITE ONE MATRESS WAS REALLY UNCONFORTABLE WE COMPLAIN> RECEPTION DID NOT CHANGE MATRESS BUT PUT AN ADDITIONAL LYER RESULTING IN A DIFFERENT HIGHT OF 5 CENTIMETER. HOTEL SHOULD CLEARLY MENTION DURING RESERVATION BY OPENNING A POP UP THAT THEY DO NOT CLEAN ROOM DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST CHANGE TOVEL YOUR SELF

Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal! Zimmer stand schon am Anreisetag mittags zur Verfügung. Großzügige Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder Jedes Zimmer hat in der Fahrradgarage eine eigene, abschließbare Lademöglichkeit für Akkus! Frühstück ist sehe umfangreich!
