The lights was difficult to find, remote was all in Japanese and confusing even after translation. The toilet upstairs ceiling was too low, keep knocking my head. Room was too small for two single bed. It is like an obstacle course! Customer service and property owner was not helpful. Lights was not rectified in 24 hours and only after we left! So unprofessional and unresponsive. Keep waiting and waiting but nothing happened. I would not stay there even if I am coming back to Furano. By the way, the price is higher than hotels but lacking in service. Instructions was unclear. There is no key and just the DDL door lock. Spiders huge found in toilet!!! There was not a single tea spoon.

Comfortable bedding. Warm showers. Very clean. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast in the morning. House is laid out well.

Patio needs to be redone; it's not safe to sit on in its current state.

Great location, plenty of space for our group. Kitchen large and well equipped.

Each room was individually heated, though the bedrooms downstairs were quite cold at night.

Washing machine with heat dryer function. Full facilities for the kitchen. The property management are very responsive to provide assistance we asked for.

No bathroom and toilet upstairs. No replacement filter cloth for basin. No aircon in downstairs' bedrooms
