Location

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. There is a small supermarket by the front door which stocks teabags, cereal and pasteurised milk. Reception is in a hotel which is 5 minutes walk away - directions to it were not clear but it was easy enough to find by asking shop keepers. The reception was friendly and helpful. You can have a buffet breakfast there. The apartment block is rather shabby, but it is clean and everything works. Both our rooms were large and had a bathroom en suite and a real balcony (with chairs and table and a clothes airer), the kitchen area has a fridge (mine was brand new), a hot plate, a kettle and sink. Our rooms both had WiFi. The owner is very keen to help - we had a problem connecting to the WiFi and he came himself to sort it out.

There are enough electric sockets for modern tech - mobiles and laptops - but they are scattered round the room. So you may need to choose between using the bedside light or charging your phone.

Very good location close to the promenade and beach. Nearby bus stop with many intercity connections.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned before check-in.

The location of the appartment was very good. The appartment was a food size, quiet area. Air condition was working in the bedroom. We stayed 5 days, at the 3rd day they changed the bed sheets and towels. It was there hand soap and fairy liquid for dishes. No shower gel, shampoo. I would appreciate some laudry detergent ( at least for 1 wash). But we managed. Close to the beach, close to the restaurants and shops, Bus stop nearby, we could also book a taxi to go at the airport ( as we had a flight very early in the morning) for 20€. We could choose something that suits us from the many boat activities at Larnaca Marina.

This appartment needs a bit more attention. An air freshner would help or just a little bit of Dettol just to change the air smell. The bath tub was rusty, dirty close to the tub. When you flush the toilet ( From the water tank behind) was leaking water). A good cleaning job will do that appartment look great.

Locatio is excellent, main Seafront & beach at the end of the street. Good basic air-conditioned studio.Use of nearby hotel pool. Staff at hotel friendly & welcoming.

Shower area could be cleaner.

perfect location, absolute city center, starbucks, pizza hut, mcdonalds, burgerking 30m. many restaurants. Bed matress is so comfortable. Brunch, smoothie places so near and so goood. Only 3km 35min nice walk from the mall.

For this cheap money, dont expect luxury, need little renovation, but the location will make you forget everything.

Very close to the beach. Elevator in the building. We didn't cook, but plates, cups and other kithen stuff was useful. Comfortable beds. Not new furniture, but all clean, so it's fine.

No shampoo or shower gel. Only hand liquid soap. Slow wifi. We had to use our mobile internet. AC is blowing straight on the bed. Maybe others are fine, but the air flow in the face bothered me.

Very small kettle take's 5 m to boil and make one drink at time
