Pousada Venezia Tropicale

Excellent breakfast, good coffee, and lots of food to eat. No noise at night. Comfortable stay with good service. The property is well-maintained and of good value—outstanding view of the ocean.

Low water pressure and light buds were burned out or very dim in the ceiling. The room was dark without having the doors open. Needs ceiling or floor fans. Flys were bad and need a way to keep them off the food or out of the room. Internet was not good. Signal was too weak for me to use. A lounge chair for the yard would have been nice.

the staff was kind.

it was surprising to see a pro terryin such bad shape as part of booking. the shower was giving a shock when using the hot water. when we arrived back in the room the second day, there was no water, and then there was no power. the property is unkept, the little grass area was high… in general, very bad shape. the staff kept saying the water and the power were unexpected but if you are running hotel business how can you have these type of issues to completely shut off heater and power in all units and be told to use a towel to turn on and off the shower to avoid getting 😳 😩 we were offered to move to a partner location but o e of them looked even shadier than this one and the other wasn’t even listed on booking so we couldn’t see the pictures.
