The Social House Nairobi, a Preferred Lifestyle Hotel

I had an amazing experience with my family at the social house during the Christmas season! The Christmas tree was very out of the ordinary! It was a good catch and my kids loved it! The rooms very comfy and homey. Well decorated. The breakfast at the other room was to die for! The variety! The options. Delicious! My vegan wife was able to get a few options which was great. We also visited copper which despite having delicious servings as a steak house also had ample options for my vegan wife too! As soon as you come in you are greeted by smiling faces. Everyone at the front desk was of big help and very engaging. Abigail, Shantivia, Beautie, Immaculate, Angie, Christine! To name a few from the reception. 10/10 service for me and my family. All the staff overall were very kind and always ready to help. I will be back soon for another holiday ! Looking forward.

A lovely hotel with friendly, exceptionally helpful staff. The morning coffee is something I always look forward to when enjoying the buffet breakfast at the restaurant near the swimming pool. The room was well maintained—cleaned thoroughly, with the bed neatly prepared upon our return, fresh towels, and complimentary bottled water provided daily. The gym is impressive and fully equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts while away from home. I take great pride in our entire team, from housekeeping to the front desk—Immaculate, Beauty, Abby, and Shan for—for creating such a welcoming and rejuvenating experience. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

We had the most incredible experience staying at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, Beautie, Shan, and Abigail went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room for our stay, fulfilling every request with genuine care and attention. Housekeeping serviced our room impeccably each day, and the evening turndown service was an especially thoughtful and memorable touch. We will be highly recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi. The location is ideal, but what truly sets it apart is how thoughtfully the hotel caters to every need — from the café and excellent restaurants to the fantastic rooftop bar. The rooms are beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom lighting is excellent. Every box was ticked during our week-long stay, and we will most definitely be returning.

The Copper Steakhouse is located in the serene hotel and thanks to Beautie the reservation was done professionally and with great customer centric mindset. Immediately she made us feel welcome from the first conversation till the meal at the restaurant.

I always have a great stay at Social House. It’s such a pleasure to see the lovely, familiar faces each time, and I especially enjoy having breakfast at The Other Room by the pool there’s nothing better than that on a sunny day. The coffee, which they roast right at the hotel, is always a highlight for me. From the comfortable rooms to the unique and unique fun Christmas tree and the variety of restaurant options, everything truly hits the mark. I can’t wait to come back again and again, and I’m so grateful to Shantivia, Abigail, Enoch, Elizabeth, and Purity for their exceptional service.

My stay during the festive season and absolutely loved the experience. I usually go to Naivasha for family vacations, but this time I chose Social House after a friend’s recommendation and it was the best decision. Enock warmly shared so much about the hotel that he convinced me to book the festive bed and breakfast rate, and everything from the delicious meals to the friendly staff and cozy room amenities exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Abigail, Victor, and Tobias from housekeeping for their great service. I’ll definitely be back.
