The Social House Nairobi, a Preferred Lifestyle Hotel

My friend and I were served Celstine G. She was so warm and so patient. We will definitely be back.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Good breakfast choice. Choice of Hotel Restaurants was a bonus.

I was doing a lot of work from the hotel so would have preferred a bigger desk in the bedroom - minor personal issue oy.

The location is at a good place, valet service, very nice. Atmosphere was good, getting hotter as the evening wears on.

We had the pleasure of working with The Social House while coordinating accommodations and related logistics for a group attending our Summit in Nairobi, and I can honestly say they were excellent to work with from beginning to end. What stood out most for me was their flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to work with us through many moving parts without ever losing their professionalism or warmth. We had several rooming list changes, arrival and departure adjustments, early check in requests, late check out needs, visa support documentation, and accessibility considerations, and their team handled all of it with patience and grace. They supported us with booking confirmations and vouchers needed for visa applications, accommodated multiple last minute updates to guest reservations, and remained responsive throughout. That level of support matters a lot when you are managing an international group and trying to make sure every detail lands well. I also deeply appreciated how open they were in helping us think through accessibility needs for one of our guests. They engaged thoughtfully around room setup and practical adjustments, which showed care beyond standard hospitality. On the experience side, the property itself is beautiful, calm, stylish, and full of character. The restaurant and shared spaces create a warm atmosphere that feels both relaxed and refined. We also engaged them around dinner and event related arrangements, and the team was solution oriented throughout. What made the difference, though, was the human touch. This did not feel like a hotel simply processing a booking. It felt like a team that genuinely wanted to help us host well. Special appreciation to the Grace, Emily, Gerald, Enock, Immaculate, Dorothy, who supported us so patiently and professionally through the process. The Social House gave us confidence, ease, and a strong sense that we were in good hands. I would gladly work with them again and highly recommend them, especially for teams, groups, and organizations looking for a partner that combines great hospitality with real operational support.

So the room extremely small for two people and even for one person. Secured the room via expedia.com and then checking in they informed that there were extra feesinvolved in which I said I wasn’t happy. The girl said something to another girl and they said I needed to pay the good thing is there’s a really good brewery up the street but I would not recommend this hotel.

The food service is very fast and efficient, I didn’t wait more than 10mins to get my meal.

We came for lunch at the social house nairobi with my family at the other room, the service was 10/10, the meat plater with veg rice was out best.
