Location, helpful staff and large room, great atrium area!

good variety of food for breakfast, with some fruits, dried fruits, cheese, sausage, pastry, eggs, and porridge. There is a coffee machine, tea and instant coffee. I would like to thank Amina from the kitchen for her work and always smiling face. The beds are good for sleep, water supply was ok. There is a small pool in th yeard. The hotel is close to tourist attractions.

there was a short-term power outage once at about 7am which lasted for 1.5 hours, but this was beyond hotel's control.

The hotel location is very good. It was clean. The breakfast was good enriched with local specialities. The staff is very good. However, the experience we had tells more than usual stay in the hotels considers. On our leave the hotel I forgot my phone in the room. FAIZI, the person from the reception has made big efforts to safety deliver the mobile phone to Xiva in the shortest possible way. We were in touch with him and he did much more then is expected to be done in seminar situation. This devotion and care exceed something tourists usually describes in their hotel reviews. And this is much more important then usual remarks. And in addition to underlaine that Faizi from the begining of our stay expressed hospitality and willingness to make stay in the hotel as good as it is possible.

Sometimes noise from the corridors disturbes, but it is more about other guests.

Location is perfect. The old city and prime attractions are within 10 minutes walhk. Breakfast is super. Staff are polite and well mannered, but can’t communicate because of language. The courtyard lobby lounge is exceptional and superb.

Approach road is horrible, had tough time to drag the luggage. No lift and steep stairs. No bell boy or staff to help with the luggage. The toilets have some problem. No commode shower, the shower curtain is set defective. So after shower whole bathroom floor is flooded. There is no staff to attend except the receptionist. Reluctant to accapt credit cards, had problem settling bills.
