"Disappointed!!"

A really really disappointing stay!!! When we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes for one of the workers to come and "book" us in. Basicly he just received our payment and gave us the key. On arroval to the room what a disappointment!! Not clean at all. The coffeemugs were stained brown, the glasses dirty. The bed!! O my soul!! The mattress should have been thrown away about ten years ago!! There were no toiletries or aircon as advertised. I had to buy extra toilet paper myself. Even handsoap for the bathroom. The next morning I had to go and ask how to leave the premises as no one explained to us how to get out or back in! The room was not cleaned even once during our stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
