In general the place is incredibly constructed and planned. THe new houses are really awesome. All amenities with modern technologies are top-level. The bay itself is thousand times better than Porto Montenegro, calm and peaceful. The restaurants are very nice, especially the Fish restaurant - I greatly advise it. The beaches are ok, though sand would be much more comfortable than stones. And if you want to take sap - you should be very persistent to make the beach staff pump it properly. All staff is very welcoming, helpful and professional, everybody speaks good English and Russian. I had a birthday and they sent me champagne and a cake. There are just some very small nuances that could be better.

I write this mostly for the top-management who may take it into consideration if they really want to to their best for their guests. As a guest who rents the apartments, I would really love to have slippers in the apartment. Because there is no floor heating and this tiled floor is ice-cold. I'm a doctor and I know how very bad it is to have ice-cold floor especially when it's hot outside. And of course I don't carry slippers with me because all hotels and many apartments provide them. But not here, unfortunately. And as a person who thinks about buying the apartment - I would also love to have floor heating to live here in low season. Another thing - which I address to the future guests - is that it's better to choose apartment in the new buildings, such as Magnolia. Because the old ones like Lipa and Maslina - have old ventilation system which is really terrible- it's too loud to sleep with it, and it's really inconvenient for regulation. And one more thing - the balconies in Lipa house were terribly dirty because of swallows' nests above. I really love swallows but I guess the balconies and glass doors should be cleaned at least once a week.

I liked everything at Luštica Bay. First, the resort was very well maintained despite the ongoing works within the complex. The service and infrastructure exceeded my expectations, the room, buggy service, and everything else were absolutely top notch. There is nothing I would add or change. The only thing I would suggest improving is the signage directing guests to the check-in facility. It was not easy to find, and having clearer road signs would make the experience much smoother, especially considering that you need to pass several entrance barriers to reach it.

Lots of walking, which is okay, but many steep hills to climb to get back to room ….no window coverings …..unusable balcony

Eine tolle, neue, sauber Anlage und man kann ja aussuchen, will man Centrale oder Marina wohnen.

All die modernen, tollen Apps für Buggybuchungen oder Beachreservationen funktinieren nicht. Ist erst Vorsaison, wie wird das Chaos erst, wenn alles voll ist!
