Walker Suite No82 - Donnini Apartments

The whole place was much more spacious than expected and was generally well equiped. We were only there for 2 nights, so we didn't have much need of the kitchen, but it had more than enough for us.

Only a few very small niggles for us. The first was that there was no catch on the main bedroom door, meaning that it knocked a bit in the breeze (easily sorted by wedging it fully shut with a heavy bag). The second was the refrigerator that had seen better days – the seal was a bit dodgy and it was quite noisy. The final thing was that the heating seemed to be set to come on full blast and we could not figure out how to turn it down or off. So windows were thrown open which did cool the place down nicely, but led to the banging bedroom door.

Location was good for getting to Rowallan castle where we had a wedding

It could’ve been cleaner … didn’t like all the stains on the carpet.. shower wasn’t clean … cobwebs in bedroom and no bed linen for sofa bed on first night

It was large and roomy

You couldn’t keep the doors open in the bedroom. You had to keep propping them open. The mirrors in the bathroom were small and mounted far too high. The wash machine took about five hours to do a wash. The area outside was like a rundown construction zone, which needs a huge facelift.
