forced customer to change room to another room than booked, everything is extremely bad from room to facilities and management

Nothing The bathroom shower does not work, water

Nothing place was awful

I had booked a pet-friendly room at this hotel to escape from Hurricane Helene. When arriving, I was told by the hotel manager (which took me about 10 minutes to find him) that there were no pet-friendly rooms available--even though that is exactly what I had booked through hotels.com. I attempted to contact the hotel directly and was directed to the OYO call center. After several attempts, I was unable to get a live person to assist with initiating a refund. I contacted Hotels.com to dispute this. They claimed that they needed to check with the hotel to validate we did not stay that night. OYO did not respond to Hotel.com's request. Based on the other reviews as to the cleanliness of this hotel, it may have been a blessing in disguise. I request Hotels.com to assist in this matter, and delist this hotel, as it is extremely unprofessional of the hotel manager and OYO as a company.

This is a run down hotel, nothing worked properly and it had bed bugs. I have never seen a hotel this bad.

They were personable to my face when I checked in and then screwed me by not answering a knock, a call, a ring, or anything when I checked out. This is getting a good smily face for some reason, it shouldnt.

They told me it was a garbage motel but I prepaid and they gave me a 'discount' on my required cash only deposit. They did not adhere to any of their signs indicating operation. One said 24 hours... not accurate, one said 8am to 9pm....also inaccurate. No response to calls, knocks, doorbells between 8:05 and 8:25am. I wasnt randomly vacationing so I had to meet my commitments, therefore I had to leave so they retained my $50 cash deposit after this prepayment reservation when they should not have. The room was clean ish. There were weird stains on the towels, sheets, comforter.

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel we were visiting due to the hurricane near Tallahassee florida got to the hotel not pet friendly and the manager was just nasty and walked away after I was trying to get my room key left me standing in the rain then another guy had to call him just a terrible person and place if anyone is reading this don't spend your money here go somewhere else or sleep in ur car me ajd my family and disabled dad drove 2 hours to enterprise Alabama because he was nasty and I feel he was racist . Just nasty even when I showed him the hotels post as it being pet friendly there he said we don't have anymore pet friendly rooms now leave my property and mumbled something like racial slur then waked in the back room.

For starters, the pictures do not depict the actual room you will stay in. Its nowhere near close. The fridge never worked, and wires were exposed. The AC didnt work at first but after they fixed it, it worked great thats the only good thing about it. It was a little sketchy so we bought blankets and laid on topnof the actual covers.

No employees on property to check in

I’m telling you, DO NOT stay here. It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in, I would have left but honestly had no where to go during a mandatory evacuation due to weather in my town. Soiled sheets, bed pillows, broken lights, outlets, sink faucet cracked, MOLD! Bugs…dirty, dirty, dirty.

I have stayed in hotels for 42 years, this is the most nastiest, unstable environment I have ever seen!! This the worst hotel I have ever stayed in not to meantion I have also been asst. manager of a hotel. When I walked in the room I completely fell through the floor!! Rm 136 it was disgusting and I did not get what I had reservations for!! I could go on but apperently nothing is being done because I have read and watched guest complain about these situations!!! Do better
