Bed was comfortable, and that's it

We arrived in the middle of the night. Late due to a flight delay and weather conditions, but still, we had a booking and we went for the room, exhausted for a 20+ hour day. We found no one at the reception, and no lights on. With the phone torches we started reading papers behind the desk until we found a reservation for our dates without our name on it but with a room number. We took the key and went there because a night in the car at -10 didn't look as an option. Room was dirty, floor unscooped, and with a dusty baseball hat from a previous guest. We woke up in the desert, no one around, until after 20 minutes of searching, we met a person who told us to go to a nearby restaurant for a horrible breakfast (lowest quality we had in 10+ travels to Turkey). The day after, the restaurant was closed and we had no one to ask for breakfast, so we skipped it. Room was not cleaned until we complained to.Booking and got a series of contrasting answers as on why they didn't clean it. Nonetheless, they insisted to be paid full price despite.not providing services or cleaning. Horrible experience

Nice breakfast, clean rooms, restaurant was always available. Service was polite but not very personal, but that may be due to language/cultural barrier. Village in driving distance.

Food in restaurant kind of pricey Not a lot to do besides walking around if you don't have a car (but that isn't the hotels's fault)

We stayed at the Butterfly Butik Hotel for 1 night with our 2 cats. Hotel and owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. A little English is spoken but we managed. My sat nav took us completely the wrong way so when on the main road there is a tall sign for the hotel and the Aras Restaurant. Easily missed if your relying on the sat nav. There is a short drive down a small lane until you come to the hotel. Very modern and lovely and clean rooms. Cost was about £30 but that may have included a small fee for the cats. We didn't stop for breakfast but it was included. Would definitely recommend. A1+++

Merhaba, otel konum olarak huduta yakın ve gezilecek yerlere ve merkeze oldukça uzakta. Temlz ve sıcaktı o konuda memnun kaldık. Fakat kahvaltı açık büfe olmasına rağmen çok kötüydü. Hem lezzetsiz hem kalmış taze olmayan şeyler vardı. Oda kahvaltı olan ve dağ başındaki bir mekan için aç kaldık. Gerçekten çok çok kötüydü çeşit azdı. Ayrıca hotels comdan 441tl olan fiyat otelde 350tl ve pazarlık paylı olduğunu óğrendik. Hotels com puanlaması da bizi çok yanılttı maalesef...
