The photos were exactly as the apartment presents. It was close to good restaurants and the main shopping district, the light rail was very close and the main train station not far. The manager was easily reachable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great apartment! Very close to Train Station and city centre. Have stayed previously and always my first choice when travelling to Nottingham. Also get a 20% discount at the restaurant next door! Beautiful decor and great facilities!’

I stayed in the “ Tatting” room. The place was good, self check in online then get given a code. However not everything was expected. - I had to submit photo ID and £250 deposit against damages which is unusual for a UK “hotel” - The room wasn’t as per the photos - the 4 poster bed wasn’t in there, which was one of the reasons for booking that room - there was damp and mould around a couple of the windows Other than this everything was okay - but worth new photos on the website and some damp treatment/care

Excellent room, with close proximity to the city centre, however there was no information on the required £250 deposit on hotels.com and was only made aware of this when checking in.

Very spacious rooms, a home from home. Will def stay again

This is a lovely modern property with great location.It took a little bit of time to find the room as not clear signage.Once in the room it was clear the previous guests where smokers as the room stunk (even tho there is a no smoking policy!).At first glance we thought the room was clean.Only when we went to use the shower there was hair up the walls and mould on the ceiling.As our room was located in the basement we did smell damp going down the staircase but we put this down to the weather as damp out. Other than these issues this was a really nice stay with great surrounding restaurants.It just needs a bit of work to keep up to the standard they have advertised.

We stayed in tatting for 1 night. The room did not resemble the pictures, all the lovely touches we were expecting were not there, the bed did not have the frame and the canopy, the room was overall looking in need of some TLC with damp marks and stained carpets. The room was extremely hot when we arrived, we put the air conditioning on which leaked water all through the night constant dripping which prevented us from sleeping. We couldn’t turn it off as it was too warm in The room. The room was dusty and not well cleaned, there were stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood, the shower lacked power and to top it off we had paid for late check out (until 12) and someone walked into our room to clean at around 10.15 a.m while I was walking naked to the shower. Very poor value at around £250 for the night

Great location. Lots of space and comfy bed. It wasn’t spotless clean but good enough. Cleaning crew got my pants wet with some solution and it was a bummer for me to throw them away. Train around the corner and tram service too. Salt, pepper and oil will be a nice touch in the kitchen.

We stayed in the Torchon suite which was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The perfect base for exploring Nottingham. Very quiet despite the central location and tastefully decorated. Bed very comfy. Only issue was that we had to make up single futon bed ourselves which was a bit annoying as limited space to work in. Felt this should have been set up for our arrival as operator knew we were a family of 3.
