La ubicación es ideal asi como la atencion del personal, el desayuno muy rico vale la pena probarlo, las instalaciones muy acogedoras y con guardia las 24 hrs, las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias con clima, muy buena presión de agua, ruido exterior normal considerando la zona en la que estan las instalaciones, nada que no te deje descansar bien. Me gusto mucho el concepto, apto para toda persona o familia, pero muy enfocado para disfrutar cada detalle en pareja. Definitivamente la próxima visita a Cdmx nos quedamos aquí!!, sin dudarlo.

Mensen waren heel vriendelijk. Je kon alles vragen. Het midden pleintje waar je kon ontbijten was heel leuk. Ontbijt was lekker. Binnen was er plaats voor 2 auto's, je kon je sleutel achterlaten voor als die verplaats moest worden. Om binnen te komen moest je aan de deurbel bellen, er werd snel opengedaan. Kamers waren proper, airco werkte goed.

Er is niets op aan te merken, als ik toch iets zou moeten zeggen de beperkte parking, maar op zich geen probleem je kon je auto ook aan de straat parkeren.

The maintenance gentleman who helped us with our bags and seemed genuinely interested that we safely get into the taxi. The same cannot be said for the manager / admin staff.. very poor indeed.

Prior to arriving, one of us had already been hospitalised, and during our stay the situation we needed to seek further medical attention. As foreign travellers in Mexico City who speak little Spanish, we asked the evening staff if they could recommend a hospital with English-speaking doctors. The response was honestly shocking. Two members of staff looked at each other, then back at us as if we had asked something unreasonable. They then giggled between themselves and simply said they didn’t know any hospitals. There was no sense of urgency, no effort to help, and no offer to find out information or follow up. A simple response such as “I’m not sure, but I will check and come back to you” would have been the bare minimum. Instead, the conversation simply ended and we were left confused and unsupported at a time when we were dealing with a genuine medical concern in a foreign country. Having travelled extensively around the world, including multiple visits to Mexico, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism, warmth or basic care from hotel staff. The situation only became more disappointing after we had to leave the hotel early due to the medical circumstances. When speaking with staff in person before leaving, we were told that a refund for the unused nights would likely be possible given the situation. However, after leaving the property, this position was completely reversed and we were told that their policy would not allow any refund at all. Being told one thing face-to-face and then having it later denied felt extremely disingenuous and left a very poor impression. It is particularly disappointing given the circumstances and the assurances that were given at the time. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, and I can honestly say I have never left a property feeling so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Beautiful hotel located in a perfect location, right by many delicious restaurants and lively spots. Lovely staff who are always on site.

The bed in our room (Room 8) was a little uneasy (i.e. whenever we move in the night the headboard would bang against the wall) - this was only a very small issue. However, we were only here for one night so it did not affect our stay.
